The purpose of the Operations Manager or Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Consumer Ammunition Tactics LLC is to oversee and manage the operational aspects of the company, ensuring effective processes and strategic growth. This is a credit repair agency where we place a focus on selling our high ticket mentorship program and credit repair services

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager or Chief Operating Officer (COO) is to be the eyes for the CEO and manage the day to day activities of every department through taking initiative, communication and meetings, while ensuring efficiency and strategic growth of the company.

This role includes but is not limited to the following:
Team Communication
-Chief Operating Officer (COO) must lead Daily Standup and report a summary of the work done to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) following the meeting
-Chief Operating Officer (COO) must ensure all employees check in on time and check out
-Ensure Sales Team is performing customer service in the conversations section in the CRM (Connectally) and meeting their key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with SOPs
-Ensure Marketing Team has met KPI as far as content posted and outreach efforts
-Ensure Dispute Team is producing accurate and timely submission of disputes to credit bureaus and creditors and communicate any other relevant matters
-Report any issues with any departments or any employees to the CEO
-Report End of Service (EOS) describing highlights of the work all departments performed as well as what the COO performed to the CEO.

Company Oversight
-Ensure that company operations, including sales, marketing and dispute departments are operating efficiently and performing their roles effectively in compliance with their standard operating procedures (SOPs).
-Establish and maintain a robust management system to oversee all operations, including regular audits of different departments and encourage any necessary changes and/or trainings to promote more efficiency
-Use data to make data driven decisions

Strategic Planning
-Collaborate with each department to define and execute the company’s strategic objectives and growth initiatives
-Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision

Customer Interaction
-Appointment setting: Communicate with potential customers for mentorship program and execute appointments on calendar for sales department (via Facebook messenger)
-Approach potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
-Address any objections with patience and expertise

Process Improvement
-Identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the company and develop strategies for process improvement
Implement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity

Team Management
-Oversee and provide leadership and suggestions to various departments, ensuring that teams are aligned with company goals
Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among employees

Ideal client will take initiative and be a natural born leader
-Preferred DISC assessment result should be a high D personality
-Have a knowledge of the credit repair process already
-Have a knowledge of using Go High Level CRM
-Versatile in any field/task
-Have certification/degree in leadership or Operations related field
