Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented and organized Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day operations. As the Operations Manager at Agile Agilist, you will play a key role in optimizing efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational aspects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Efficiency:
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across departments.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and materials, to meet organizational goals.
Workflow Management: Develop and implement workflow procedures and systems to enhance productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards across operations to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Team Supervision: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to achieve operational goals.
Strategic Planning:
Goal Setting: Collaborate with senior management to establish operational goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective operations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.
Reporting and Analysis:
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve processes.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics for senior management.
Vendor and Supplier Relations:
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms for the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
