ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SWOOC Games Team, your mission is to manage the execution of SWOOC Games’ daily e-Commerce operations through organizational planning, strategic goal setting, executive leadership & process/systems improvement.

• Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
• Work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
• Collaborate with management to develop a plan and strategy for organization structure, capacity & efficiency for meeting growth targets.
• Oversee the organizational system (knowledge base, project management, file storage, SOPs, & communication) and improve efficiency and clarity.
• Developing, improving, and maintaining detailed SOPs, quality controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Performance Management of the team by setting goals, carrying out performance check-ins, identifying and recommending training needs, and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of internal and external e-commerce systems and best practices.
• Continually seek to improve e-commerce operations and recommend new initiatives.
• Provide key support for team members.

This position will work directly under our CEO. We are looking for someone that can plug into our workflow and offer their expertise to execute and suggest improvements.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and work experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon/Ecommerce listing optimization
• 4+ years of experience in operations/general management role.
• 1-3 years of experience in working with or developing eCommerce operations systems.
• 1-3 years of experience implementing strategic initiatives and managing project roll-outs.
• 1-3 years of product or project management experience
• 2+ years specifically with Amazon/E-commerce is strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently, strategically, and take ownership of the company’s outcomes.
• Strong leadership and team management experience with a virtual workforce.
• End-to-end process and operations management experience.
• Key Competencies: Highly Organized, Strategic Thinking, Proactive, Results-Oriented, Teamwork, Leadership & Management Skills, Persistent, and Efficient.
• Advanced knowledge in managing a virtual workforce via Project Management Software (preferably Asana)
• Excels in a fast-growing start-up environment with rapidly moving changes.
• Google Sheets & MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Google Workspace, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Asana, Slack
• Internet & Tech Savvy

HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK
• 40 hours per week. Hours of work must be between 08:00 am to 01:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday.
• Additional hours can be done on flexible time.

• Salary is $15-$20/hour (DOE)
