Operations Manager Position
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager who thrives on refining and enhancing the efficiency of operational processes. This role is pivotal for someone who has a keen eye for identifying improvements and streamlining workflows, ensuring the optimization of our team’s performance and our platform’s impact. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Crafting weekly reports on Instagram and TikTok account performances, focusing on analytics such as views and CPM metrics, to identify areas for operational enhancement.
2. Regularly updating organic managers with concise, actionable weekly CPM reports to streamline communication and performance tracking.
3. Automating and streamlining bi-weekly payroll reports, ensuring a smooth and efficient mass payment process
4. Vigilant monitoring of social media accounts to prevent abusive postings, ensuring a clean and positive online presence.
5. Efficiently interfacing with organic posters to swiftly address their payroll and performance inquiries, enhancing team satisfaction and productivity.
6. Auditing affiliate accounts for fraudulent activities, thereby safeguarding our system and streamlining operations.
7. Collaborating with influencer managers on coupon creations, optimizing our promotional strategies.
8. Managing customer support inquiries through Help Scout with a focus on efficiency, ensuring the right communications are pushed to the appropriate teams quickly.
9. Overseeing Discord and Telegram channels to maintain a spam-free environment and promptly answer payroll and customer questions, optimizing community engagement.
10. Streamlining the account update process for organic posters, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous operation.
11. Onboarding new organic posters by efficiently collecting and organizing their information for reporting and payroll purposes, thereby reducing onboarding time.
12. Handling and resolving payroll disputes with a systematic approach, ensuring accuracy and fairness in payments.
13. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of Shop Hunter tools and product research methods to enhance operational efficiency.
14. Actively proposing and implementing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at improving operational flows and company productivity.
15. Leading recruitment efforts with an eye for efficiency, ensuring the timely and effective placement of talent in needed roles.
Organizing and executing sales meetings with major accounts, effectively demonstrating how our software solutions can streamline their operations.
