JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to oversee our team of virtual assistants. This essential role includes managing daily operations, ensuring team accountability, and enhancing productivity. The Operations Manager will be pivotal in the initial setup and onboarding of new team members, ensuring systems and processes are in place for efficient operation. Responsibilities also include monitoring login times, overseeing report submissions, and managing our Trello board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee the initial setup of operational systems and tools, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new virtual assistants.
– Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency across team operations.
– Ensure strict adherence to login times and manage the attendance of all team members.
– Oversee the submission and accuracy of daily and weekly reports, and track overall team performance.
– Act as the primary point of contact for team inquiries, effectively resolving issues and providing necessary guidance.
– Maintain and update the Trello board to manage tasks and ensure optimal project workflow.
– Communicate key updates and information to the team, facilitating a collaborative and informed work environment.
– Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and plan future projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven track record in operations management or a similar leadership role, with specific experience in virtual team environments.
– Excellent organizational skills, capable of initiating and managing multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic setting.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor remote teams.
– Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, and familiar with standard office software.
– Independent and proactive problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency.
– Demonstrated experience in setting up operational systems and onboarding new team members.
WORKING HOURS & COMPENSATION:
– Competitive salary of $800 USD per month.
– This is a full-time position, requiring availability from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Flexible hours are not available.
