We are currently seeking an experienced operations manager.
This is a full time position joining an existing team.
The job is a remote job, and you’ll be working 100% from the comfort of your own home. From the hours of 8.00AM-4.00PM Manila time.
Tasks include:
Team management – manage team activities
Team leadership – Provide strong leadership to the PPC team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and empowered to achieve their objectives.
SOPs – : Create operational processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of PPC account management. Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows to enhance overall service delivery.
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting and finance processes. Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows to enhance overall service delivery.
Ensure high- quality standards are met in all deliverables
Requirements:
Must be extremely organized and highly detail oriented
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in remote or digital marketing environment
Strong organizational skills to manage numerous products with different deadlines
With strong verbal and written communication skills in English
With laptop/desktop with at least 8GB RAM
Internet connection speed of at least more than 5MBPS
