Job Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Starting Rate: $1,040 – $1,215/month
OLIVIA Professional Solutions is a leading VA staffing agency that specializes in training and providing virtual assistance to home care agencies across the United States. Our services range from recruitment, scheduling, intake coordination, and social media content management, to bookkeeping. We ensure that our clients, the home care agencies, have the right caregivers to cater to the diverse needs of seniors in their homes.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our VA staffing agency. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of virtual assistant services to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of virtual assistant services and the remote working landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
– Collaborate with clients to understand their virtual assistant needs and customize staffing solutions accordingly.
– Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Team Management:
– Lead and motivate a team of virtual assistants, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
– Oversee recruitment, training, and development of virtual assistant talent.
Operations Oversight:
– Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Monitor and assess the performance of virtual assistant services, identifying areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance:
– Establish and maintain quality standards for virtual assistant services.
– Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Technology Integration:
– Stay updated on relevant technology trends and tools in the virtual assistant space.
– Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 1 year experience in Operations Management or a related field in a VA Staffing Agency
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of remote work dynamics and virtual assistant services.
* Ability to act decisively, maintain discretion, and work independently with minimal direction
