As an Operations Manager, below are your expected responsibilities

Oversee and Coordinate Team Efforts: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of the media buying, creative, web development, and appointment setting teams. This involves ensuring that all team members are aligned and working efficiently towards the common goal of executing successful client campaigns. By orchestrating the setup, launch, management, and optimization of these campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, the Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the seamless execution of marketing strategies.
???? Expedite Communication and Implementation: A key responsibility is to expedite the communication process between team members and ensure swift implementation of client requests and campaign launches. This includes managing communication between the web developer, creative team, media buyer, and appointment setting team, as well as maintaining direct communication with clients through dedicated Slack channels. Improving the speed of campaign launches and ongoing client request implementations without compromising on quality is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and achieving campaign objectives.

Eventually we want our Operations Manager to perform this responsibility: Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance: The Operations Manager must monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns, working closely with the media buyer to optimize strategies for maximum impact. This involves analyzing campaign data, identifying areas for improvement, and making strategic adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness. By ensuring campaigns are performing at their best, the Operations Manager contributes directly to the success of the agency’s clients and the overall growth of Seven Figure SMP.
We are looking for below qualifications for our applicants:
? Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency. This demonstrates the candidate’s ability to handle the complexities of managing multiple campaigns and team members.
? Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This is crucial for overseeing campaigns across these platforms and ensuring they meet the agency’s standards for performance and client satisfaction.
? Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This shows the candidate’s ability to keep campaigns on track and efficiently allocate resources.
? Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams. This qualification is vital for ensuring clear and effective communication between team members and with clients.
? Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, as well as Slack for team and client communication. This indicates the candidate’s ability to use essential tools for managing campaigns, tracking progress, and facilitating communication.
? Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, performance, and meeting client expectations. This trait is important for maintaining the high standards of campaign execution and client service that Seven Figure SMP aims for.
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required. This educational background provides a solid foundation in business and marketing principles that are relevant to the role.
? Willing to work on US Timezone. Required reporting schedule is from 5AM EST to 1AM EST.

This job is permanent work from home with a starting monthly fixed rate of $1,000-$1,500 depending on your skills, experience and performance. Client is willing to pay more for an exceptional talent.
