Position Overview:
We are a financial consulting company in the US that offers personal and business funding, credit repair and business credit services to entrepreneurs . We have grown significantly in the last 3 years and are seeking a operations persons to help us organize our workflows, establish KPIS, build a team and help us scale to increase our impact
Our ideal candidate is experienced and versatile Operations Manager with a strong background in Human Resources OR project management .The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, developing KPIs, creating systems and managing human resources aspects to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a blend of operations and HR expertise, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in banking, the financial industry, business operation or lead generation is a PLUS
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
a. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
b. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
c. Coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure organizational goals are met.
d. Monitor operational budgets and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
2. Human Resources Management:
a. Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the company’s objectives.
b. Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
c. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
d. Oversee employee performance management, compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
e. Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution when necessary.
f. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
a. Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
b. Conduct HR data analysis and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Relationship Management:
a. Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
b. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Minimum of three years of experience in operations management or project management
– Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
– Proficiency in HR and operations software systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP).
– Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
– Must speak and write clear English
