WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO:

We are in search of the next rockstar to join our team as an Operations Manager. At our company, we specialize in partnering with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies who find themselves overwhelmed by their day-to-day tasks. Our primary objective is to assist restoration companies in achieving growth and streamlining the lives of business owners, granting them more valuable free time in their day-to-day existence.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing and optimizing various operational processes. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the day-to-day operations, implementing efficient strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Here are the job’s responsibilities and duties:
– Run and manage the internal operations of the business from client fulfillment process to internal and organizational-related processes.
– Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
– Ensure that all client assets, requirements, and processes are laid out to aid smooth end-to-end service delivery.
– Develop, maintain, improve, and streamline employee-related processes from onboarding, ongoing improvement deliberation, rewards and recognition, and attrition management.
– Recruit, select, train, assign, and schedule employees. Provide avenues for coaching, counseling, and discipline for employees.
– Communicate job expectations – planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
– Plan and review compensation actions and enforce policies and procedures.
– Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
– Provide recommendations and implement improvement plans for new or existing client or employee management processes.
– Take ownership of the agency’s knowledge database.
– Attend all company meetings and update personal trackers and scorecards.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
– Minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing Experience
– Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier and/or Make
– Proficiency in our project management software: ClickUp

While this role will start part-time at 20 hours per week, we’re looking for someone who can transition with us full-time (40 hours per week) every weekday.

There will be systems and training in place to help you learn and grow, but we’re looking for people who can help us build on them.
