Our data-driven scaling approach has set us apart in the industry, and we are looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team.
The Role
As a Virtual Operations Assistant, you will start by handling some of the simpler, yet crucial tasks to help clear our growing to-do list. Your initial responsibilities will include client communication, basic ad setups, data entry and analysis, creating simple graphics and creatives, and assisting with administrative tasks. The goal is for you to familiarize yourself with our operations and gradually take on more responsibilities, with the potential to grow into a full-time Operations Manager role within the agency.
Responsibilities
Assist with client communication by managing emails and scheduling meetings.
Support in setting up Facebook ad campaigns and basic analytics reporting.
Create simple ads in canva, graphics, and creatives under guidance.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and systematization of agency processes.
Help in daily agency operations and oversee project management tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing context.
Basic knowledge of Facebook advertising and Shopify is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
