Operation Manager – eCommerce

Who We are:

*PLEASE NOTE*- Currently, we are looking for an operations manager not an account manager. Please only apply if you have experience in managing teams of people. No direct eCommerce experience is required but multiple years of experience in team management is.

Sage Republic is an established eCommerce company with year over year explosive growth. We
specialize in selling consumer goods through multiple online shopping portals, including Amazon,
Walmart, and Shopify.

The Operations Manager will be a strategic thinker, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-
commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, customer service,
vendor relationships, product analysis and procurement and have an overall deep understanding of the
day-to-day operational activities. This individual will work closely and report directly to the owner,
providing constant updates, insight, and strategies.

Our ideal candidate will be able to assess our current business and work closely with our team to
develop, execute and implement strategies to optimize our ecommerce operations, drive growth and
enhance overall processes. The person needs to passionate, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able
to execute on the follow responsibilities:

– Manage our Amazon, Shopify and Walmart seller catalog and drive the overall analysis of the
company’s performance.
– Manage daily operations including overseeing employees, orders processing, coordination and
tracking of stock discrepancies, creating shipments and smooth order returns.
– Oversee all employee decisions including hiring, promotions, evaluations, dismissals, and
payroll.
– Coordinate with shipping and receiving on a all deliveries and outbound trucks.
– Constantly find ways to improve processes for the most effective and efficient outcomes.
– May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
– Establish and build a positive workplace environment for all employees.
