Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products and services to customers. The Operations Manager will develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Duties
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and company policies.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, areas for improvement and recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
Manage and oversee inventory control, procurement, and supply chain management activities.
Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in the development and management of the operational budget.
Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2-5+ years of experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and supply chain management best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Experience in project management, budgeting and forecasting.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
