Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Administrative Manager to provide comprehensive support to our team. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks to ensure the seamless processing of orders and shipments.
? Conduct compliance checks and quality assurance processes to uphold the highest standards of service and reliability.
? Review documentation, including delivery schedules and driver information, to verify accuracy and completeness.
? Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt and professional assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Handle after-hours phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain excellent customer relations.
? Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
? Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
? Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring easy access to information and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
? Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a logistics or transportation-related industry.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation tasks.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
? Proficiency in using digital tools and systems for data entry, document management, and customer communication.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
? Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
? Flexibility to handle after-hours phone calls and occasional weekend work as needed to support customer needs.
