We are looking for an Operations Manager to handle various operational and project-based tasks for the CEO and leadership team. If you are hyper-organized, diligent with details, good with spreadsheets, process-oriented, and excellent at completing projects, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities include:
Operations
-Update scorecard reporting
-Plan/Organize our weekly/quarterly/annual leadership meetings
HR
-Recruiting support to source and screen candidates for hire by the various teams and assistance with onboarding new hires
-Initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention
-Handle compliance activities
Finance
-Assist with monthly/annual financial reporting
-Assist with government filings like taxes
Administrative
-Project management of various small projects
-Initiating and completing orders and purchases
-Booking travel and accommodations

Role Overview
– This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere. You will need a good home office setup, reliable internet, and phone service, and a current computer to run our primarily web-based applications.
– The work hours for this position can be flexible as long as you complete your total 40 hours for the week and can work at least until 1 pm MT on weekdays.
– Compensation is commensurate with experience
