Job Summary:
Our digital marketing company is seeking an Operations Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the operations manager to oversee the efficient functioning of various departments, coordinating internal processes and procedures, and driving operational excellence throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for operations, planning, organizing, and executing the company’s operational strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate internal processes and procedures, including project management, financial planning, and human resources.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s operations.
Analyze data and generate reports on operational performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of operations staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
Experience in using Yelp and GMB for Reputation Management responsibilities
Proficiency in utilizing our CRM tool () for updating and progress tracking
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in reputation management, digital marketing, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to craft professional and persuasive responses to online reviews.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with online survey tools and data analysis.
High attention to detail and organization.
