We are a 20+million producing team and we are looking for our next Administrative Rock Start to help support us to move to the Next Level. We serve the Central Florida area and have many clients that relocated or vacation to this area looking for homes.

Requirements:
1. Must have 3 years of experience as an Admin Support in Real Estate Industry
2. Must have proficiency in creating systems and using Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
3. Must have experience in creating ads and Social Media Content.

Preferred Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Command and KW Terminology and Apps
2. Other Real Estate Software
3. Creating and Managing Trackers
4. Creating Systems & Holding Team Members Accountable

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Become familiar with our technology tools including Command, Dotloop, and Docusign
• Become familiar with all Board Associations and their corresponding MLS’s
• Introduce yourself via email and begin to form relationships with agents
•Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
•Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
•Oversee all contracts through closing
•Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
•Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment
•Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
•Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
•Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
• Answering Real Estate Agent’s phone calls.
• Managing Real Estate Agent’s CRM (KW Command and CINC)
• Creating Agency Agreements.
• File management.
• Managing and updating scoreboards and other trackers.
• Social media management.
• Performing various administrative tasks.
• Plans, schedules & executes all digital content
• Creates & edits quality multimedia marketing content such as videos, photos, presentations, flyers, etc
• Designs printable flyers for listings, open houses, etc.
• Designs printable business cards, door hangers, brochures, etc.
• Designs digital promotions or ads to promote a certain product
• Creates & updates scheduled digital marketing content for all digital platforms
• Manages & upkeeps digital marketing calendars
• Content Creation
• Create captions & descriptions for marketing materials
• Create logos, banners, and other digital company representation tasks
• Brainstorms & evaluates emerging technologies
• Recognizes & adapts to the new digital trends
• Measures the success of each digital marketing campaigns
• Researches on the business industries’ competitions
• Plans, schedules, and executes social media content
• Create content plans or calendars to drive engagement and promote online brand awareness
• Design and create images or video content using different software:
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Oversees daily management of social media campaigns
• Ensures brand consistency and authority
• Engages with consumers through messaging, commenting, and other social media engagement methodologies
• Sets-up social media business pages:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Twitter
• Youtube
• LinkedIn
• Pinterest
• Google My Business
• Interprets and create social media reports and analytics
• Plans and strategize on social media paid ads:
• Facebook Ads
• Instagram Ads
• Twitter Ads
• Youtube Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
• Develop content to include keywords or phrases in order to drive traffic to the website.
• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
• Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts.
• Developing link-building strategies.
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
• Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
• Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
• Experience with website optimization tools
