Operations Manager
**About First Pilates Studios:**
First Pilates Studios is a leading fitness studio based in Australia, dedicated to promoting health and well-being through Pilates classes and services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Employee to join our team, remotely based in the Philippines, to provide essential administrative and operational support to our studio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Organising Timetables/Rosters of Classes:** You will be responsible for creating and maintaining class schedules and rosters, ensuring classes are appropriately staffed, and making necessary adjustments when needed.
2. **Answering Phones and Making Bookings:** Manage incoming phone calls from clients and potential clients, assist with inquiries, and schedule appointments and class bookings.
3. **Troubleshooting Client Questions:** Address client inquiries and concerns over the phone, providing information about our services, class schedules, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. **Persuading Clients to Become Members:** Engage in persuasive communication with potential clients over the phone, encouraging them to become members and highlighting the benefits of our studio.
5. **Experience Using Mind-Body App/System:** Proficiently navigate the Mind-Body App/System for operational purposes, including managing class schedules, client bookings, and reporting.
6. **Experience in Fitness Industry Operations:** Ideally, you should have experience in fitness industry operations or similar roles, giving you an understanding of the industry’s dynamics and requirements.
7. **Monitoring Central Email:** Keep an eye on the central email account, promptly responding to emails, forwarding relevant inquiries, and taking necessary actions as required.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
– Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to persuade and convert potential clients into members.
– Proficiency in using the Mind-Body App/System.
– Experience in fitness industry operations or a related field is a plus.
– Organisational and time management skills.
– Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing schedules.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate Australian time zones.
