Job Title: Operations Manager – Customer Service
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our team as a key player in managing customer service operations. As our Operations Manager, you will primarily be responsible for handling email inquiries across three accounts: Info@, Support@, and Admin@, with an average volume of approximately 30 emails per day. Additionally, you will oversee and engage with our community on three Skool platforms, managing around ten daily posts and ensuring timely responses and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
Email Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via Info@, Support@, and Admin@ accounts. Direct inquiries to the appropriate channels as necessary and ensure timely resolution.
Community Engagement: Manage and monitor community pages on three Skool platforms, actively engaging with users, responding to queries, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Daily Reporting: Compile and submit daily reports, including:
Identification of refund requests and reasons for refund.
Summary of daily activities.
Identification of any obstacles encountered and proposed solutions.
Prioritization of tasks for the following day.
Offboarding Process: Coordinate offboarding procedures, including:
Refund processing (handled by Phillip the owner).
Revocation of access privileges.
Removal from Skool platforms.
Training: Undergo training sessions to familiarize yourself with relevant platforms and systems, including GoHighLevel, Moms House teachings, and Skool.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience in customer service or community management roles is preferred.
Familiarity with email management tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Willingness to undergo training and learn new systems.
Happiness and “can-do” attitude
Hours and Compensation:
This is a full-time position, estimated to require approximately one hour per day to complete the outlined tasks. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
