Operations Manager and HR Manager (Remote Full-Time Position)

(A) Introduction:

WASHINGTON CONSTRUCTION and WASHINGTON ELECTRICAL are expanding our team and looking for an Operations Manager and HR Manager. This remote, full-time role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for streamlining operations and leading human resources with innovation and empathy. Join us in our mission to drive productivity, foster a positive work culture, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

(B) Key Responsibilities:

– Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Implement systems and processes that enhance productivity and quality.
– Human Resources Leadership: Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
– Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor effective HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards.
– Team Development: Foster a supportive and dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
– Surveillance Compliance: Support the implementation of real-time video surveillance in remote workplaces to ensure engagement and compliance, aligning with our commitment to safety and efficiency.

(C) Requirements:

– Availability: Comfortable working 9 AM to 5 PM PST (1 AM to 9 AM PHT), Monday through Friday.
– HR and Operations Expertise: Proven experience in operations management and human resources, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive HR initiatives.
– Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing diverse teams remotely.
– Adaptability: Ability to manage stress, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
– Technology Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including the use of video surveillance for real-time activity monitoring, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

(D) Why This Is Necessary:

Our innovative approach, including video surveillance for remote workers, is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, immediate team member availability, and maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction and employee safety. This initiative is implemented with the utmost respect for privacy and transparency.

(E) Trial Period and Benefits:

– Initial Trial Period: 1-2 months, with performance evaluations to determine further steps.
– Salary: $700 monthly during the trial period, with a review for adjustment based on performance upon completion.
– Benefits: Post-trial eligibility for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay, and potential bonuses.
– Exceptional performers may be offered the opportunity to join us in the United States with a significant salary adjustment.
