Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager / Business Development Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, optimizing business processes, and driving growth opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of both our e-Commerce website and brick and mortar store.
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales both online and offline.
Collaborate with marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management and/or business development, preferably in the retail or e-Commerce sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms specifically Shopify.
Knowledge of bedroom furniture industry trends and customer preferences is a plus.
