We are seeking a Operations Manager for our US Based digital marketing agency. The right person will be full qualified based on the list below. The Operations Manager is responsible for supervising, directing, and optimizing processes to boost efficiency and accomplish strategic objectives, particularly aimed at enabling the company to deliver high-quality marketing services to its clients.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT Field, Operations Management, or a related field.
-Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in operations management FOR A MARKETING AGENCY and leading transformative initiatives.
-Strong leadership, project management, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities are crucial for success in this role, with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and motivate adherence to project objectives and plans.
-Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and business transformation.
-Must have led a team of website programmers in PHP website platforms.
-Must have solid SEO knowledge and experience.
-Must have good graphic design sense and capabilities.
-Must have hands on experience managing a social media account for a business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate current procedures, implement enhancements, oversee change initiatives, and ensure smooth integration of new technologies to align operations with present and future business goals.
-Ensure all teams are performing at their highest and meeting the goals and objectives.
-Analyze data and patterns to make informed decisions that positively influence the results for our clients campaigns.
-Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Regularly update company owner on business progress through reports.
-Monitor the flow of work and employee performance to make improvements and role changes.
-Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
