Job Title: Operations Manager/Director of Operations
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the efficiency of our company’s operations. The primary goal of this role is to ensure client retention, revenue growth, and achieve gross margin targets by implementing effective procedures, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and providing leadership and guidance to our existing teams.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
• Provide your marketing and operational expertise to the team to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of world-class digital marketing services for our clients
• Collaborate with Project Manager(s) on all fulfillment.
• Report any personnel issues to the HR department.
• Report significant operational issues to the CEO.
• Maintain overdue tickets/projects below 15% and promptly report any overdue items.
• Report end-of-day issues promptly.
• Notify the Customer Experience Manager of any critical issues (Red Zone).
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
• Encourage a culture of acknowledging mistakes and promoting learning from them.
• Provide constructive criticism along with potential solutions for challenges within the company.
• Maintain a clean workspace and ensure tidiness.
• Establish daily successful habits and routines for yourself and your team.
Weekly Responsibilities:
• Provide a weekly summary of resolved and received tickets/projects, overdue projects, highlights, and low points of the previous week.
• Create weekly plans to achieve monthly objectives and identify any obstacles to achieving goals.
• Create Project Manager training and foster open dialogue for the growth of future company leaders.
• Conduct weekly meetings with each Project Manager to track their development and responsibilities, and to ensure their success.
Key Challenges for this Position:
Managing Multiple Teams and Employees: The Operations Manager will be responsible for effectively overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of multiple teams and employees. This includes coordinating their activities, providing guidance and support, and promoting collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
Resource Management and Profitability: Ensuring that teams have the necessary resources to execute projects while maintaining profitability is a crucial challenge. The Operations Manager will need to monitor resource allocation, optimize utilization, and make informed decisions to balance project requirements with financial goals.
Receptiveness to Feedback and Idea Exchange: The Operations Manager should cultivate an environment that encourages open communication, constructive feedback, and idea exchange. Being receptive to input from team members, clients, and stakeholders will foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Research and Procedure Optimization: To enhance operational efficiency, the Operations Manager should be capable of researching and identifying opportunities to optimize existing procedures. This involves staying updated on industry best practices, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to streamline processes.

Requirements:
We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years of team management experience, overseeing teams of 10-15 employees. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Remote Team Management:
Proven experience in managing remote employees.
Ability to effectively lead and support a dispersed team, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
Strategic Thinking:
Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Capacity to analyze data and utilize it to drive operational excellence.
Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Efficiently handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
Personnel Management:
Track record of handling personnel-related matters, including performance evaluations, employee development, and conflict resolution.
Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement, particularly in remote settings.
Effective Communication and Team Building:
Proficiency in conducting impactful team meetings, setting clear expectations, and facilitating open communication.
Skill in coaching and developing employees, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective training programs.
Resource Allocation and Workload Management:
Experience in managing employee workload, delegating tasks, and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
Ability to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Organic and Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Strong knowledge and vast experience of SEO strategy, implementation, and optimization.
Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO tactics, such as content marketing, website optimization, speed optimization, link building, and citation building.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
Experience in developing and optimizing profitable PPC strategies.
Proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube advertising.
Project Management for WordPress Websites:
Demonstrated ability to oversee WordPress website development projects from start to finish.
Experience in managing website design, development, and deployment processes.
Analytics & Tracking:
Proficiency in setting up and utilizing Google Analytics (GA4).
Knowledge of conversion tracking, including form submissions and call tracking
Hard Skills Required:
-Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, and Project Management -Software (e.g., Clickup).
-Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and SEO.
-Experience in social media advertising and Google Ads, showcasing the ability to develop and manage successful campaigns.
-High-level copywriting skills for creating compelling and engaging content.
-Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Conversion Tracking to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
-Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability considerations.
-Familiarity with AI content creation tools and strategies.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, including various collaboration and productivity tools.
-Budgeting skills to manage project and operational expenses effectively.
-Proficiency in working with spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
