Job Description

We are looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to work with a serial CEO who is building his 3rd startup. As an Executive Assistant (EA), your main job is to help our CEO save time and leverage it. This is a long-term role where you will be respected, valued and grow quickly

Working hours for this position are 8a to 5p Philippines Time. You will have six hours (7a – 9a Philippines Time) of overlap with our CEO.

**Some Of The Things You’ll Do**
The role of an Executive Assistant is one of the most integral in the organization. You’ll be expected to work quickly and thoughtfully to help the CEO grow the company. Here’s what a typical week might look like:

-> Project manage the marketing team
-> Manage CEO’s inbox
-> Spreadsheet creation in google sheets
-> Reconciling in Xero (light bookkeeping)
-> Updating various financial or KPI spreadsheets
-> Create systems and processes for workflows, document them in Notion to build out a company wiki
-> Effectively manage CEO’s schedule, expenses and all communications related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, board meetings and interviews
-> Collecting and driving a list of key decisions CEO needs to make each day
-> Edit videos
-> Reach out to potential clients
-> Clean up transcribed meeting notes with [](/)
-> Creating reports
-> Repurpose content across various social media channels
-> Onboard new team members

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
You are an experienced Executive Assistant with at least 3 years of direct experience as superstar administrative assistant, executive assistant or project manager
You’re someone who is a quick learner, is smart, thorough and fast.
You like to solve problems.
You are competitive and love being really good at your job.
You’re also pretty good at learning new technology.
You’re thoughtful about your projects, producing high-quality outputs for the team
You’re comfortable communicating via Email, Slack, Voice Messages or Video (Loom)
You’re super dependable and expect your boss to be the same in return
You speak & write fluent English. This is an absolute must as you’ll be speaking with clients or investors when needed
Software you should be great at using: Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), Google Docs, Presentation software ( or Powerpoint or Keynote)
You have fast, reliable internet and a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications open at once (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Chrome, Zoom, etc)
You’re available to start immediately within 2 weeks of a job offer

He has extensive experience working with virtual teams in the Philippines and is looking for an EA that he can build a long lasting relationship. He has had an EA before but they were promoted into another important role at the company.
