Role Overview: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Operations Manager for our small digital marketing agency. As a key player in the agency, you will work closely with everyone on the team and help our CEO oversee the day-to-day operations of our appointment setting and marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the team meets performance goals, optimizing the appointment-setting process, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results.
Work hours: 40 hrs per week
Salary: Starting at PHP 70,000

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the appointment-setting team and track KPIs ensuring they meet performance goals
– Conduct one-on-one meetings and team calls to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
– Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategies to optimize the appointment-setting process.
– Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency
– Monitor and collaborate with the team closely to ensure smooth daily operations.
– Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations, client support, and administrative tasks.
– Enhance client relations by ensuring high-quality service and communication from the appointment-setting team.
– Review Accounts and propose and Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and overall results.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve team performance and client outcomes continually.
– Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
– Maintain organized records and documentation to streamline operations.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
