Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Manager to join our team at Campaign Labs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing and streamlining our internal processes to ensure efficient client service delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales, account management, and media buying teams by creating and enhancing processes, workflows, and automations to facilitate client fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze existing workflows, processes, and automations to identify opportunities for improving fulfillment delivery times and enhancing customer satisfaction.
– Develop systems to proactively support future growth, anticipating the needs of sales, account management, and media buying teams.
– Ensure smooth operations to enable the sales team to onboard 20+ new clients weekly without compromising service quality.
– Collaborate with team members to better understand their workflows, fostering improved communication and automation.
Implement and maintain efficient processes to optimize operations.
What a Day in the Life Might Look Like:
– Collaborate with sales and account management teams to assess new client onboarding.
– Ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
– Analyze workflows for optimization opportunities.
– Identify and implement improvements to enhance delivery times and customer satisfaction.
– Engage with stakeholders to streamline their workflows.
– Ensure team readiness for successful client acquisition.
– Monitor reports and dashboards for system health.
Experience Required:
– 4+ years of experience in an Operations Manager role, with a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting.
– Proficiency in software such as Asana, Clickup, Zapier, Go High Level, Google Sheets, etc.
– Ideally, previous experience at a larger agency (20+ people).
