Operations Manager for E-Commerce

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and polyvalent Operations Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Problem Solver: Identify and resolve issues efficiently. Be resourceful in finding solutions.
* Photo Editing Skills: Basic proficiency in photo editing (e.g., using Canva)
* Assistance with Day-to-Day Operations: Actively support in managing the daily business activities, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Supplier Management: Regularly contact and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best deals and maintain supply chain efficiency.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing excess inventory.
* Influencer Outreach: Identify, contact, and negotiate with influencers for brand promotion and collaborations.
* Influencer Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer partnerships and their impact on brand growth.
* Employee Oversight: Monitor employee time sheets and work quality, ensuring adherence to company standards.
* Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks to support business operations.
* UGC Profile Research: Seek out and evaluate user-generated content (UGC) profiles suitable for brand representation.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Familiarity with digital marketing and influencer collaboration.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* French is a Plus.
