Responsibilities
– Inputting data into the CRM as it becomes available.
– Manage email traffic.
– Reviewing and updating information on online portals.
– Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies that align with the company’s overall goals.
– Serve as a pivotal resource to our executives by aiding in organizational and systems management.
– Create Standard Operating Procedures for all significant operations within the organization.
– Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business, promoting efficiency and productivity.
– Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
– Formulate strategic and operational objectives
– Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
– Drive efficiency through effective leadership.
-Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and areas for improvement.
– Maintain quality standards.
Requirements & Skills
– Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager for a Staffing Agency
– BS degree in Operations Management, Accounting, Finance or other related area
– Prefer an Accounting or Finance Background
– Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as TaxDome, GoHigherLevel, Asana, Google Suite, Notion, Zapier, Slack, Zoom, and Loom.
– Certification in Project Management is a plus
– Proven work experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting is a plus
– Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations
management
– Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office, Google Suite and so on
– Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time (US)
