At Moxie Partners, Inc. (), we empower nurse entrepreneurs in the USA to build and scale their own successful, independent MedSpa clinics. With the industry’s rapid growth, MedSpas has become a means for many women to venture into business ownership. However, the challenge of effectively promoting and managing their businesses can be a daunting task. That’s where Moxie, and this role, in particular, steps in.
Many of our nurse entrepreneurs are new to the realm of business and marketing. The task of creating a website, running social media ads, and sending email marketing can be overwhelming. We currently have a small team of marketing assistants that collaborate with our internal team, while supporting the launch of new MedSpas, executing the following responsibilities:
Conduct basic video editing (using the software of your choice),
Create and update websites using Squarespace,
Set up, configure, and update GoHighLevel accounts,
Serve as the link between our team and our agency for Facebook Ad campaigns,
Address basic queries (e.g., about the services, promotions, etc.)
In your role, your primary responsibility will be to manage the marketing assistant team reporting directly to our head of marketing
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the work delivered by the marketing assistants
You will delegate tasks using Trello ensuring that each assistant has a full daily workload
You will work with internal partners to scope new projects and write out detailed documents creating a process for the marketing assistants to follow.
You will lead projects that require specialized knowledge and execute those asks
You will partner with our US-based team leads to scope and create processes for any additional marketing assistant work they may require.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Have experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., marketing assistant, digital marketer).
Have previously managed teams of digital assistants in a remote environment
Experience working with Facebook Ads, GoHighLevel, and Squarespace
Are willing to work US hours (ranging from EST to PST).
Boast strong written and verbal English skills.
Exhibit high attention to detail and reliability.
Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
Additional requirements:
Reliable internet connection (>10mbps).
Quiet working environment.
Proficiency in English.
Bonus if:
You have experience with Google My Business.
You possess SEO expertise.
You have a background in graphic design (e.g., with Canva).
You have previously worked in a healthcare/beauty/wellness business.
You have experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
