Position: Operations Manager for Paid Advertising Agency (Part-time)
Reports To: Co-Founders of Inflect Digital
Time: 10hrs/week
Rate: $10-$12 an hour paid monthly
Start date: May 27-31
Working Hours: Night Shift, US MST Timezone – Part-time, flexible hours to be coordinated with the Co-founders.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial for increasing our operational efficiency and speed of execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong secretarial skills, including proficient writing, reporting, and data organization capabilities.
Responsibilities:
– Proposal Development and Management:
– Develop and streamline proposal templates sorted by compensation type, including retainers, hourly consulting, and one-time projects.
– Create 6-7 customized templates and corresponding labels to enhance proposal delivery efficiency.
– Use a Custom GPT (created by the company) to customize and tailor proposals.
– Facilitate the integration of team notes into proposal customization using Fireflies and other digital tools.
– SOPs and Client Documentation:
– Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) tailored to various business types and industry verticals.
– Collaborate closely with the co-founders to distill and condense testing learnings into standard processes, enhancing client value and operational efficiency.
– Manage and update a cloud-based library of notes and SOPs, ensuring accessibility and organization.
– Keep weekly records of client updates and operational tests in Click Up to track and analyze effective strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in secretarial roles or similar administrative positions.
– Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective materials.
– Proficiency in creating and managing digital documents and sheets, including expertise in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
– Experience with data management and report preparation.
– Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up and digital transcription services like Fireflies.
– Plus: Ability to train and manage AI-driven tools, specifically Custom GPTs.
– Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
