Join our team as an Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in our small US-based eCommerce company. Our founders have built 8-figure eCommerce businesses in the past and recently acquired a small Woodworking Tools online retailer we plan to grow to 8-figures over the coming 5 years. To achieve this ambitious goal, we need one critical addition: YOU. We are seeking an experienced Operations professional to manage our day-to-day operational functions, allowing our CEO to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth.
This multi-faceted eCommerce operations role will manage critical functions including supply chain, accounting, and administration. You will be tasked with executing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks while enhancing processes and tackling big projects. This high-impact role is for an experienced Operator and Integrator ready to enable the growth and success of our business.
Responsibilities Include:
-Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions
-Manage our supply chain operations including inventory control, demand planning, purchasing, and logistics
-Act as the primary communication liaison with third-party service providers, suppliers, and our 3PL
-Promptly address all operational challenges and escalations
-Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, and other financial responsibilities
-Develop and maintain operational systems, processes, policies, and best practices
-Conduct budgeting, planning, and reporting requirements as needed by CEO
-Lead special projects in collaboration with our CEO and other functional managers
-Hire, manage, and train future operations team members
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual with a proven track record in Operations Management. The ideal candidate will have:
-Minimum 3+ years of Business Management, Operations, or Executive Assistance experience
-Leadership experience with the ability to manage and train teams
-Demonstrated experience in leading large operational projects
-Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
-Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
-Highly independent with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
-Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
Bonus Qualifications:
-Direct experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon
-Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
-Experience in inventory management or purchasing

Pay: $1,500 to $2,000 USD per month (based on experience) + benefits
Benefits Include:
-13th month pay (prorated the first year)
-Weekly paychecks
-$25 / week health insurance and social security coverage stipend
-20 days of paid time off (after first 6 months) plus 8 U.S. holidays
-Work from home
Schedule: Around 9 am to 5 pm U.S. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday
This is a full-time role ~ 40 hours a week
