Role: Operations Manager
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Must work from 7:00PM – 3:00AM PH time; excluding unpaid breaks
Salary: To be discussed during interview

RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you can expect to do in the immediate future are:
1. Organizing, sending, and responding to emails
2. Making and responding to phone calls and SMS
3. Managing real estate projects and following up with all contractors and clients
4. Managing the company’s team members
5. Knowledgeable in doing administrative tasks from the basic to advanced
6. Onboarding and offboarding processes
7. Creating and updating SOPs regularly
8. Developing systems to streamline processes
9. Processing business-related transactions
10. Data entry
11. Conducting business research

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. You must have prior experience in a managerial role and handled a team.
2. You must have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience working in the Real Estate industry (Wholesale, Investor, Property Management).
3. You must have experience managing people
4. You must have experience with Project Management and creating processes
5. You must be knowledgeable about these apps:
> Google Suite, Dialpad, Slack, ClickUp, Hubstaff, Surfshark, Loom, Calendly, Zoom, Flodesk, Canva, LastPass.
6. You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
7. You must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.
8. You must be tech-savvy and have the curiosity to know the ins and outs of each application.
9. You must be a proactive team player with the determination to improve and increase your skills.
