What is an integrator
– Keeping things moving consistently
– Helping drive and manage new projects

Expectations/ A Day In The Life:
Expectations:
– Full time role – 9am est- 5pm est M-F
– Daily agenda on what will be worked on / what was worked on that day
– running our team meetings
– scorecard call
– project updates
– project plans
– Managing our project views in notion or whatever we decide best, but majority of our project planning and content planning is done in notion or google sheets
– Creating process maps of new processes and reviewing/improving process maps of our current projects
A Day In The Life
– Ideally working on MMTR related activities
– **Monday**
– 2 hours
– Review past week performance / review reports / P&L
– Meet with team to review scorecard and hear about challenges last week and adjustments we are making in coming week
– **Tuesday – Thursday**
– Being in the business for 2 hours/day
– Meeting with team members to review performance and process
– Studying day to day operations to find improvements and increase efficiency
– Update Jon on wins, challenges, and adjustments being made
Compensation:
Hourly comp and bonuses based on performance
The one I would like to do most would be a % of profit based on increased profit based on start date
