Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Operations Manager/General Manager who can wear many hats and manage various aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Facebook ads management, administrative support, and operations management. They will also be comfortable working in a faith-based environment and supporting our mission to help Christian entrepreneurs thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Facebook Ads Management:

Ad Campaign Creation: Plan, create, and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and generate leads.
Audience Targeting: Conduct research to identify target audiences, set up audience segments, and optimize for better results.
Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance and track key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies.
Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated spending limits.
Administrative Support:

Data Entry: Enter and manage data accurately in spreadsheets, databases, or other tools.
Email Management: Organize and prioritize emails, respond to inquiries, and manage communication.
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders and assist with time management.
Document Preparation: Create and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Billing Management: Handle expense reports, payables, receivables, budget tracking, payroll, and other financial documentation.
Operations Management:

Funnel Management: Edit and manage sales funnels as needed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Employee Management: Oversee and manage other employees, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Operational Support: Support various operational tasks to support the overall business objectives.
Delegation:

You will have a team of two people to whom you can delegate tasks such as document preparation, calendar management, and other more straightforward tasks. This will allow you to focus on more critical responsibilities like lead generation and other business-related tasks.
