Job Description

***PLEASE READ FIRST***

I have been a Jack of all trades for too long, helping me create the work-life balance I desperately need.

I am looking for the ultimate Operations Manager – a long-term relationship. You will work beside me (COO and our Office Manager).

I am looking to make a substantial push in our small janitorial company, and we need someone who can strengthen my weaknesses: Consistency, organization, and implementation. I am looking for someone who has a passion for learning. I have built this company by educating myself along the way. If I don’t know something, I figure it out.

I am seeking individuals who require constant guidance. We value self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to make independent decisions. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, thrives in a dynamic work environment, and can contribute to the growth of our company without the need for constant supervision. Individuals who are not driven, lack a strong work ethic or are resistant to taking ownership of their responsibilities may not align with the expectations and culture of my organization. We are looking for team members who embody a commitment to excellence and are eager to contribute to the success of our janitorial cleaning company.

Also, I won’t entertain applicants who respond with one-liner responses, such as ” Hire me, I’m very interested,” without describing their experiences or providing a resume/portfolio.

The wage I am willing to pay will be based on probation period and performance, meaning I will most likely start at $9 during your probation period and increase after that. If that is okay, please apply.

This position will also be from 10 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday EDT.

If this is okay, please continue.
