As the Operations Manager, your role will be to work with the media buyer team to maximize systems, produces, and standard operating procedures across the business. The foundation determines how far the business can scale and your job would be to strengthen the foundation and make it unbreakable.

Yoru Marketing is a Google ads media buying agency that serves some of the world’s biggest eCommerce and direct to consumer brands. The entry level brands we work with range from $1 million per month in revenue. We integrate a single media buyer into every single one of these brands along with a senior media buyer to monitor the work. Majority of our SOPs and systems are directly based off of Slack and Google docs with no fancy approaches. Our team is 100% remote and is based across 2 continents in the world. Responsibilities:
* Choose a quarterly operations focus and manage core objectives and metrics.
* Document and organize systems, processes, and SOPs across the entire business.
* Support in defining roles throughout the organization to set expectations, scorecards, and KPIs.
* Report on core department and business-wide metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
* Monitor and optimize client success systems to maximize agency performance.
* Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports and department calls.
* Host monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews.
* Participate in performance review calls with the CEO twice a month.
* Assist new team members with onboarding and setup.
* Identify process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
* Ensure that implemented systems and processes are effectively utilized.
* Find effective ways to utilize existing tools and explore new tools through demos.
* Collaborate with different teams to improve their systems and processes.

Prerequisites:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
* Proven experience working in an advertising agency.
* Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
* Proven experience in developing SOPs and utilizing process improvement methodologies. 
* Deep experience with a project management tool
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Proficient in project management tools and software.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

This position is 100% remote, you can work from home or from the beach; wherever you happen to be as long as your output is meeting expectations. Communication with the team will happen primarily on Slack, Zoom,, Google Drive and Gmail.

The salary is negotiable and will be based on your expertise
