As an Operations Manager, you will assume a pivotal role within our organization. Your responsibilities encompass providing essential support to our executive team, overseeing various business processes, managing customer support operations, and coordinating our marketing and outreach initiatives.

– Responsibilities-
As an Operations Manager, you are expected to help clients run their business efficiently including:

– Manage customer inquiries and support requests via email.
– Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
– Utilize automation tools such as Zapier, Notion, and ClickUp to enhance and simplify business processes.
– Take charge of email correspondence and assist in scheduling appointments,
– Collaborate closely to execute various marketing and outreach initiatives and sourcing and delegating to contractors as necessary.
– Organize, coordinate, and manage the podcast production process
– Conduct research on diverse clients and industries.
– Serve as a pivotal resource to our executives by aiding in organizational and systems management.
– Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business, promoting efficiency and productivity.
– Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Clay CRM, Google Suite, Notion, Zapier, Slack, Zoom, and transcription of meeting notes.
– Support M&A activities, including research and due diligence.
– Participate in endeavors related to software business acquisitions and sales.
– Engage with the software industry, with a specific focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
– Other administrative tasks and projects

– Qualifications –
The ideal candidate should have the following hard and soft skills:
– Minimum of at least 1 year of online work experience
– A proven track record in a similar role, preferably as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations manager.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Excellent client-facing skills
– Excellent written and communication skills
– Proficiency in automation tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
– Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
– An interest in the software industry, M&A, and investment banking is advantageous.

– Salary Details –
$10/hour, hired through Virtual Champions PH
Starting at 20 hours per week

Commencement of Employment
You will be pooled and matched to a client based on agreed preferences set by the client and the new hire.
