We are looking for an Operations Manager!

We are looking for aspiring applicants who have excellent operational and management skills who can stand as a right hand man/woman in executing business goals and implementing day to day operations.

With that in mind, we’re looking for someone who’s excited for this opportunity to help people, build, manage and document the systems, and find ways to improve existing processes to make it easier and better for the agency.

This means we expect you to have an understanding and experience with softwares like Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zapier, Integromat/Make, Asana/Monday/ClickUp, Slack, among others.

Below are some of your major responsibilities:

– Manage the end to end execution of the fulfillment process for client service delivery. This means managing the inputs and processes that lead to the output that we have committed to the clients and building our company systems through automations.

– Maintain automations and system build outs and ensure these processes do not break and are always firing

– Able to provide recommendations for or implement automation on manual processes in a business to save time, reduce labour cost, and reduce mistakes.

– Lead the implementation of projects that increase productivity in the organization.

– Knowledge in GoHighLevel in the creation and maintenance of workflows and overall support of our GHL setup

– Create, manage and use trackers and dashboards to track important KPIs and metrics of the business (sales tracking, commission tracking)

– Creation, update and maintenance of standard operating procedures

– Help in email management and company software maintenance / troubleshooting

– Artificial intelligence monitoring, troubleshooting and improvements (this will be trained during onboarding)

– Has relevant knowledge on Digital Marketing preferred.

You are what we are looking for if you have the following qualifications:

– Proficiency in the English language

– Relevant knowledge and experience with Zapier or Integromat / Make.

– Relevant knowledge and experience with GoHighLevel

– Experience in using Project Management app like Asana, Monday or ClickUp

– Has leadership skills and experience and can work with a team

– A high degree of autonomy, a self-starter and creative problem-solving abilities

– The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues

– A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations

– Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments

– Fun to be around and has positive energy

– Excellent work ethic and can multitask with minimal supervision

– If you have a coding background, it’s definitely a plus!

This job offers from $15 – $22/ hour, the rate of the successful applicant will largely depend on the skills and experience that they bring to the table.
