ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and providing day-to-day operational and business support to the Founders. In addition, you will serve as the liaison to internal and external on all matters pertaining to the company. The Operations Manager relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. They are deeply committed to completing tasks with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual will have drive and desire to influence, critically think, be a self-starter, and takes initiative.

An Operations Manager is deeply committed to supporting the company in achieving their Annual sales goals. He/she will hold team members accountable to quarterly metrics. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the team’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and office support

· Oversee all contracts through closing (approximately 10-20 per month)
· Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
· Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries
· Keep the agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
· Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
· Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or Equivalent Experience

· 4+ years of customer service and/or management experience
· 4+ years of administrative experience
· Systems Orientated
· Able to streamline communications and processes
· Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Forms and MS Excel/Word
· Proficiency with Canva and Mailchimp
· Experience coordinating and managing calendars and meetings
· Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
· Excellent communication skills and organizational skills

COMPENSATION
· $700 – $1,200 Per month
· PTO – 10
· US Holidays Observed
