This role is the support and driving force needed to help propel a dynamic, top producing team of brokers to the next level. In this role, you will play an integral part in both the day-to-day working of the team, as well as support the long-term growth and future planning of their combined businesses.
The ideal candidate must be results driven and detail oriented, computer savvy, an excellent communicator, and highly professional. In addition to the skills described below, we are looking for an individual with high energy and enthusiasm, bright ideas to grow professionally, and a propensity to work diligently in a dynamic industry. Real estate experience is preferred, though being licensed is not, but definitely a bonus!
Duties
Managing agents’ calendars; setting, confirming, and following up on various appointments
General executive level support in business matters, as well as specific support for personal duties
Transaction Management, inclusive of listing prep, contract to close, and overall communication between agent(s), client(s), and all third parties, schedule showings, drafting purchase offers.
Input transactions and all related documents into CRM
Compiling, creating, and coordinating marketing campaigns and materials with internal departments
Monitor closing documents and process working with clients, lenders and attorneys
Managing client records and correspondence
Managing social media pages, overseeing content creation and scheduled posts, with the ultimate goal for increased engagement and visibility to sphere
Support for and assistance with planning, executing and follow up for client events
Oversee purchase and delivery of client gifts
Coordinating with team lead on reporting team finances
Create appropriate transaction, lead generation, follow up and engagement systems for maximum efficiency
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
Passion for organization required
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, specifically skilled with Excel; online research); CRM experience preferred

Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Deadline driven with great organizational skills & ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly with shifting responsibilities
Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities with a flexible daily routine
Administrative/executive support experience required
Transaction Coordination support experience required
Previous legal or real estate experience required
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
$700-900/monthly
8:30am-4:30pm US Time Zone Monday to Friday
