Location:
Remote, work from home.
Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week.
Salary:
65,000 – 70,000 PHP per month.
Hours (in Philippine Time): The client is based in Europe
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities
Project Management and Execution: Lead and manage various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve meticulous planning, deadline management, and effective task delegation.
Software and Technical Proficiency: Experience with Senta CRM/Salesforce or similar. Utilise your substantial knowledge of software and technology, to configure and oversee any tech-related projects.
Process Systems Improvement: Constantly review and improve operational processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Your ability to identify areas for improvement and execute changes will be key.
Team Management and Leadership: Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes running team meetings, setting clear goals, and providing guidance and support.
Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Your role involves significant client interaction, requiring excellent communication skills and efficient email management.
Operational Oversight: Keep a close eye on all operational tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the company operations, creating and maintaining training documents.

Skills, Experience & Requirements
-At least 2-3 years remotely working online for US, Australian, or European clients.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience with 4-5 years in operations management
-Strong background in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects.
-(Ideal but not essential) Experience in an accounting or financial services agency with knowledge of accounting processes and industry best practices.
-Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on client-facing abilities.
-Robust knowledge of software and technology.
-Proficiency in XERO accounting software and financial management systems a bonus..
-Demonstrated ability in process improvement and execution.
-Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
-Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
-Excellent time management skills
