We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager proficient in all Amazon business models to oversee our operations team and ensure the smooth execution of daily activities across various Amazon platforms. The Lead Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment across all Amazon business models, including FBA, FBM, Wholesale, and Dropshipping.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operations team, including account managers and product researchers, with expertise in all Amazon business models.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes across different Amazon platforms.
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure the achievement of performance targets within all Amazon business models.
– Collaborate with department heads and upper management to align operational goals with overall business objectives, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness across all Amazon platforms.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, across all Amazon business models.
– Oversee the resolution of operational issues across various Amazon platforms and escalate complex issues to upper management as needed.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training and development initiatives to support team members’ professional growth across all Amazon business models.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and accountability across all Amazon platforms.
– Has vendor experience, looking for possible suppliers we can work with, and serves as a purchasing agent on the side.
– Experienced in a top-level position, capable of instituting new operations and helping establish client reporting/organizational processes.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in operations management or a related field, with proficiency in all Amazon business models.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members across different Amazon platforms.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail across various Amazon business models.
– Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on tools relevant to Amazon operations.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, particularly within the context of various Amazon business models.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective communication across all Amazon platforms.
– Knowledge of e-commerce operations and industry trends, particularly within the context of Amazon’s platform, is a must.
Amazon is the main focus, but knowledge of other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Availability required during Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
