Summary:
As the Operations Manager at mend, you’ll play a vital role in driving our success. You’ll be the linchpin ensuring smooth operations by managing resources, coordinating with property managers, and optimizing workflows. Key Responsibilities:
– Communication Hub: Manage seamless communication with customers and internal teams using OpenPhone, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Slack.

– Data Whiz: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including customer, property, and service details.

– Process Architect: Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational areas.
– Tech-Savvy Trainer: Create engaging training and promotional materials using Loom and .
– Performance Analyst: Monitor and improve key metrics like utilization, route optimization, and completion rates.
– Growth Strategist: Contribute to additional market research and data projects.
– Continuous Improvement: Consistently refine scheduling practices and SOPs for optimal efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:
– Competitive Hourly Rate: Starting at $5/hr with weekly performance bonuses (25%).
