Role Overview: As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational effectiveness. You’ll work closely with the COO on diverse projects, ranging from automating finance boards on to optimizing our tech stack and writing policies for our handbook as directed by our COO. Your initial focus will be on developing comprehensive handbooks for each of our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage various operational projects, including but not limited to automation, platform audits, and policy development.
– Collaborate closely with the COO and other team members to identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions.
– Manage and optimize tools such as Hubspot, , Basecamp, and Google Workspace to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency.
– Maintain high levels of organization and task management to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Experience in operational management, preferably in a remote setting
– Proficiency in Hubspot, , Basecamp, and Google Workspace
– Exceptional organizational skills and a task-driven approach
– Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
