As an Operations Manager at Zero Degrees Media, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our remote digital marketing operation. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, coordinating remote teams, and implementing processes to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members.
– Oversee and coordinate the activities of teams, including project management, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
– Allocate resources effectively, including human resources, budget, and technology, to optimize productivity and achieve business goals.
– Ensure the availability and functionality of necessary technology tools to support remote work.
– Maintain high standards of quality in deliverables and services through quality control processes and regular performance evaluations.
– Facilitate effective communication with clients, including providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with remote work, such as data security breaches and communication breakdowns.
– Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.

You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have:
— Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
— Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or digital marketing environment.
–Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate remote teams effectively.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
— Proficiency in project management tools and technology platforms.
— Full-time availability during 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST.
— Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
— Self-Starter, Proactive Individual who isn’t afraid to take the lead and take initiative Organized and Punctual
