LURN MEDIA is a performance marketing & creative agency working with some of the world’s leading Education Providers & EdTech Companies
We produce high-performing paid social campaigns and scroll-stopping creatives to drive more customers and users for our clients’ courses, programs and educational products.
We’ve worked with over 65 education brands in 19 countries and our goal is to become THE agency that the education niche comes to when they want to scale with Social Ads.
We’re looking for an Operations & Marketing Manager (full-time) to execute on our marketing & sales initiatives and help with certain parts of our client projects.
The ideal candidate is versatile, a problem-solver and has experience work at a marketing agency.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
50% OPERATIONS
– Help filter & reply to new enquiries in a timely manner and keep our CRM () up-to-date.
– Edit our proposal templates with customized information and pricing when we send out quotes to new or repeat clients.
– Manage onboarding new clients: send out welcome emails, draw up + send contracts, create + send Stripe invoices, set up shared folders, add client to Slack, send welcome message etc.
– Manage all manual and automatic client invoicing and reminders
– Keep our Google Drive, Notion, Slack and digital workspaces organized, update our SOPs and our meeting notes + call recordings in order.
– Liaise with clients & team to ensure all tasks are accurately delegated and all parties have the correct information.
– Collect + file all receipts at the end of every month.
50% MARKETING
– Create and schedule social media content, short-form videos & graphics representative of our agency/founder across Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels in order to attract leads.
– Create proposals, presentations, mock ups, templates, banners, graphics and digital products for the agency using Canva.
– You always stay “on top of your game” when it comes to new Instagram/TikTok video trends, editing best practices and can continue to grow through courses and further education.
– Assist our creative team with the creation of static image assets for clients, making edits, creating ratios for existing assets etc.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– 2-3 years experience working at a fast-paced marketing agency (or similar company) in an administration/operations role.
– Outstanding skills & know-how with Canva. You know all the shortcuts, tricks and how to get the most out of the software.
– Exceptional attention to detail. Naturally you triple-check everything across every aspect of crafting and executing ideas.
– You’re an excellent communicator. Overcommunication is a core value of ours.
– Able to work 8:00-16:00/17:00 (Central European Time)
– Must be fluent in English.
