An amazing opportunity for the right person to work with a leading US-based holding company with multiple brands in the e-commerce and healthcare space under its umbrella. We will be providing full training on project and team management but will also need your expertise to help better build out our systems. You will be working first hand with the CEO of the company who will help you along the way!

The job will entail performing the following tasks throughout the day:

– Helping with team and project management
– Assistant to project manager in day-to-day
– Conducting effective team meetings
– Overseeing department goals and tasks
– Effectively utilizing Click-Up (Project Management Tool)
– Holding team members accountable for deadlines
– Creating weekly performance reports
– Oversee and organize the documentation of systems / SOPs

The Full-Time Project Coordinator / Assistant should have the following qualities:

Schedule: Monday to Friday at 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH TIME ( 9 AM EST – 5 PM EST timezone )

Coachable and willing to learn new things and shifting responsibilities and duties.
