We are a small, dynamic and easy-going Australian web design company specializing in creating beautiful, functional websites for our clients. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch services and maintaining a friendly, collaborative work environment. We’re looking for a talented individual to join our remote team in the Philippines.

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a Web Design Operations Manager/Project Manager to oversee our daily operations, manage some client communications, and ensure the smooth running of projects. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Training will be provided, and the main requirement is that you have excellent spoken and written English. (Examples appreciated)

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Draft and Send Invoices:** Prepare monthly invoices via email and log them systematically.
– **Hosting Invoices:** Send monthly hosting invoices to clients.
– **Social Media Management:** Set up, draft, and schedule monthly social media posts for our business (not clients) and be supported by our designer.
– **Project Management:** Assign work, lead projects, and manage the daily reporting of the entire team.
– **Financial Management:** Reconcile transactions in Xero and send overdue notices for invoices.
– **Client Interaction:** Go on calls with some clients to discuss changes to existing websites and handle calls for business owner when overseas.
– **Proposal Drafting:** Create proposal drafts for new projects.
– **Reporting:** Provide monthly reporting of revenue/P&L and weekly reports of projects completed to ensure accurate invoicing.

**Qualifications:**
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent spoken and written English.
– A good eye for design.
– Be business minded.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Knowledge of web design (a plus, but not necessary).
– Experience with paid Facebook or Google ads (a bonus).
