Yugorithm is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Services Manager to manage the service department and handle customer service interactions, reports, and maintenance. Your responsibilities as a service manager include providing a high level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing service team members.
You shall demonstrate a strong marketing attitude and excellent leadership skills. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Account Management
-Act as a maintenance manager to continue inspecting the quality and performance of the existing services we have for our clients
-Ensure repeat customers by upselling products and services.
-Coordinate with the clients consistently for scheduling meetings and sending updates on in-service status/reports.
-Excellent ability in customer service support for ongoing communication to take care of client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain and improve customer satisfaction goals by creating customer output surveys to know client’s feedback.
-Maintain accurate records and documents for all customer service activities and discussions.
-Collaborate and contribute (sales, executive management, project managers, developers) to creating the best solutions of improvement to help clients generate leads and sales.
-Building strong customer relationships for the company by coming up with solutions, tools, and systems to create better processes for the maintenance department.
-On boarding of new clients and ensuring that all details are collected.
-Oversee steps to ensure that the new client is properly oriented
-Managing account managers to communicate with clients and collect all essential information to move the project forward.
Website Maintenance
-Maintain the client’s websites through managing a team that consists of Website Developers, Website Designers, Server Architect, Copywriters, and Product Publisher.
-Tasks completed under a service manager entails website security, website functionality, and website feel and look.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU (Skills and Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Operations Management or similar
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Services | Proven working experience as a customer service manager
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications and Google Workspace
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Ability to think strategically effectively to improve customer support
Experience in Website Maintenance
