We are looking for someone to join our team in the track & trace department of our transportation & logistics business.

Some of the responsibilities:
– Managing a daily schedule of loads and tracking the delivery status every 2 hours
– Understanding and learning how to identify loads having issues due to lateness or lack of tracking
– Paying close attention to detail to make sure all documents are received by a carrier as required and in the time urgency we need
– Responding and giving updates to management and customers on the status of their loads
– Answering phone calls and calling drivers to get status updates

– Organization and resourcefulness: This is crucial. For instance, we need to make sure we are tracking all loads so that the date we provide to our customers is accurate

– Strong English communication skills: Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing. Communicating with others is a very important part of the job

– Reliable internet connection: Please provide a photo showing your internet speed of 200 Mbps for both uploading and downloading.

– Hours: 3 Shifts (In your application list which shifts you are capable of working)
-6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST (M-F) – 30min Break
– 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM EST (M-F) – 30min Break
-10:00 PM to 6:30 AM EST (Su-Th) – 30min Break

– Salary: $600 / month. Paid weekly at $138.46 per week.
